Featuring a robust, elongated structure with cross-section widths ranging from 2.5m to 9m, it enables green bricks to move slowly and steadily through precisely controlled preheating, firing and cooling zones on custom-sized kiln cars, ensuring uniform heating, full sintering and controlled cooling to produce defect-free, high-strength finished bricks with consistent quality. 

The kiln's dual-layer roof design, combining refractory brick masonry suspended roof and spliced aluminum silicate fiber modules, provides superior thermal insulation to minimize heat loss, boost thermal efficiency and reduce long-term fuel consumption. Equipped with a complete combustion, air circulation and drive system, our tunnel kiln ensures reliable, low-maintenance operation, adapting seamlessly to various raw materials and brick types to meet diverse production scale requirements while maximizing your productivity and profitability.
